Recently, JIC Leasing issued a finance lease to a state-owned enterprise in Rongchang District, Chongqing to support the upgrade of local Smart City Program and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

Since the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle was started in 2020, Rongchang District has become one of the most concerned districts and counties across the two cities. Located in the golden connection on the Chengdu-Chongqing main axis, Rongchang District is 90km away from Chongqing and 240km away from Chengdu. It’s the bridgehead of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and an important channel of opening to the west. The finance lease was issued for the upgrading and reconstruction of local equipment such as smart lamp-posts, smart parking systems and safety monitoring equipment to support Rongchang District’s transformation into a Smart City.
