Our History

Tianjin Jianhua Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. was founded.

Excel (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd. was founded and JIC Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was renamed JIC Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

The share-holding system was introduced; the Company was renamed JIC Leasing Co., Ltd. and JIC Leasing (Tianjin) was founded.

Three strategic investors were introduced: The Carlyle Group, China Merchants China Direct Investments Limited and JIC Technology Investment Co., Ltd.

JIC Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded.

The Company was renamed JIC Leasing LLC and JIC Leasing (Hong Kong) was founded.

China Jianyin Investment Ltd. bought stocks in Youlian International Leasing owned by Nomura Securities and China Minmetals Corporation and renamed the company ZT Leasing Co., Ltd.

China Jianyin Investment Ltd. bought stocks in Youlian International Leasing owned by Mitsui & Co.

China Jianyin Investment Ltd. took over all the stocks in Youlian International Leasing owned by China Construction Bank.

Youlian International Leasing was established and co-funded by China Construction Bank, Nomura Securities, China Minmetals Corporation and Mitsui & Co.
