JIC Leasing recently provided financial leasing services to a Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, in support of the construction of the Jiangmen Metal Industrial Park.

The enterprise is a leading high-tech enterprise in the processing and distribution of cold rolled carbon steel and downstream products in Guangdong Province. Products are widely used in medical, sports and fitness equipment, information technology, wind power, automobiles, household hardware and similar fields. Its main downstream customers include Midea, Changhong, Kanbo and other well-known enterprises.

The finance lease payment will be used for the construction of the Jiangmen Metal Industrial Park. This is centered on the ferrous metal wharf, which includes a supporting warehouse area and processing and trading area covering different functions. The park’s annual market transaction value is expected to exceed RMB 50 billion. It will effectively fill a market gap in large logistics, processing and trade bases in the ferrous metal industry to the west of the Pearl River Delta, becoming a nationally influential RMB 100 billion industrial park integrating raw materials, metal processing and terminal manufacturing.
