JIC Leasing was told that the names of two companies are quite similar to ours, which will easily lead to misunderstanding and confusion. One company is “Zhongjiantou Financial Leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.”, which filed for industrial and commercial registration in Shenzhen, was founded on December 6, 2016, and has a unified social credit code of 91440300MA5DQ7A295, and the shareholders of which are Shenzhen Zhongrong United High-tech Co., Ltd. and Zhongronghui High-tech Co., Ltd.; another company is “Zhongjiantou Financial Leasing (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.”, which filed for industrial and commercial registration in Guangzhou, was founded on December 28, 2017, and has a unified social credit code of 91440101MA5ANJYU4D, and the shareholder of which is Kaihui Group Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. 

We hereby make a solemn statement that the above-mentioned two companies are not related to us in terms of whatever shareholding or business, and we never do business with “Zhongjiantou Leasing” APP. Our clients and partner companies are advised to carefully identify the genuine JIC Leasing.

Right now, we are taking legal measures to protect our legitimate rights and interests.
