JIC Leasing has recently entered into a finance lease with a certain public-transport company in Yunnan Province for the introduction of new-energy buses and the upgrade of bus infrastructure that supports new energy.

Located on a plateau, Yunnan still depends on public buses as the primary means of transportation. To step up poverty alleviation in underdeveloped areas and correct the imbalance in regional economic development, the construction of tarmac and cement roads that connect the incorporated villages and the complete coverage of villages and towns by passenger transportation have become the priorities of local governments.
