Recently, JIC Leasing granted funds to a National Economic Development Zone in Hubei Province to support the construction of special railway lines for the production and service oriented national logistics core hub project. The project is conducive to the construction of a regional modern circulation system, and promotes the integrated development of transportation and logistics.

The existing local logistics parks and logistics centers are small and scattered, and have some overlapping functions but no effective cooperation, which leads to waste of resources and is not conducive to the overall play of urban functions. This project can effectively integrate logistics resources within the surrounding area, accelerate the grid layout of logistics hubs and the gathering of circular logistics elements, improve logistics concentration, evacuation and transfer functions, form the overall efficiency cost advantage of the region, and thus accelerate the construction of a modern circulation system.
