Recently, JIC Leasing successfully released the first issue of mid-term notes for 2021 with an offering size of RMB 600 million, a term of 3 years and an interest rate of 4.24%. An overseas institutional investor DBS Bank Singapore was introduced for the first time, which unblocked the  channel of Chinese bond investment by overseas institutional investors and further diversifies the investor structure.

JIC Leasing continues to carry out bond market analysis and policy research on overseas institutional investors’ investment in domestic bonds, and keeps close communication with cooperative banks to connect with overseas institutional investors and improve product market coverage. The successful release of the bonds has further reduced the offering costs of long-term bonds for the Company, expanded the investor channel for its domestic bonds and provided strong financial guarantee for better serving the real economy.
